Please read the following important legal information before
accessing or using this web site. Becoming a distributor for candy
Covers constitutes an agreement to abide by the terms and conditions
below, just as if you had signed this Agreement.
Candy Covers may
revise this Agreement from time to time by updating this posting.

Candy Covers may change the Terms from
time to time and it is the Distributors responsibility to check back
to view updates.
There are no refunds
for the Distributor Package once the domain name has been purchased.
Please allow 3 Business Days for complete setup of the website once
payment has been made, and you have sent us all of the information
to get your site up and running.
There are NO transfer fees if you remain at our hosting company! If
you choose to host elsewhere, we will not set it up at that hosting
location. We will however, provide access for you to move the
website to your hosting company. This will be your responsibility.
The candy wrapper designs are copyrighted and belong solely to
CandyCovers.com, however, we are granting permission to sell them in
wrapper form in which we will print them.
The website is run entirely on a LICENSED script, and you will
receive ONE LICENSE TO USE ON ONE DOMAIN NAME THAT IS PLACED ON THE
LICENSE with this order. You agree that you WILL NOT TRANSFER OR
RESELL THE LICENSE IN ANY WAY UNLESS YOU HAVE RECEIVED WRITTEN
PERMISSION, SIGNED, NOTARIZED AND MAILED FROM CANDYCOVERS.COM!
Violators will be prosecuted.
We cannot guarantee sales, or how much you will sell from the
website, as it takes time and patience to run an online website. The
sales and traffic will be a direct result of the methods that you
use to promote and market you website.
The only ongoing fees for this package is the monthly hosting fee
(if you choose to host with us) of $5.99 per month through
WAHMWebsiteHosting.com (Bronze Package with an included MySQL
Database) & your yearly domain registration renewal fee of
approximately $8.88 per year.
Website will come "as is" with the only changes made being the
domain name, slogan, and contact/paypal emails.
